We have implemented many Covid 19 protocols. All cabins are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. All bedding has been removed. You will be required to bring own bedding (sleeping bag and pillow) as well as all other personal towels. Fitted sheet will be supplied. Signage posted in cabins and throughout resort. Hand sanitizer in common areas.
All cabin rental customers must sign Birch Point Resort rental agreement form which includes a Waiver and Release of Claims, Assumption of risk and Consent of medical treatment in regards to infectious disease and Covid 19.
PET POLICY – PETS WILL BE CHARGED $12.00/NIGHT
PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH – POOP AND SCOOP AND ATTENDED TO. NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CABINS
Boats and Motors
BOATS & MOTOR RENTAL 30 h.p. with 16′ boat (per week) – $450.00
DOCK SPACE FOR YOUR BOAT (per week/per boat) – $60.00

Boat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to rental.
GAS/OIL EXTRA- TAXES EXTRA
$500.00 Security deposit hold will be taken for boat rental upon arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date within the season. Make your reservations early to reserve a cabin of your choice and include a $150.00 deposit within 30 days.
